Eating ice cream too fast hurts your head. Doctors call it an ice cream headache. Cold food touches the roof of your mouth. Blood vessels there shrink fast, then open wide. Your brain feels this as a sharp pain. To fix it, warm your mouth with your tongue. Next time, eat your ice cream slowly.
